Anita St. Pierre brings more than 35 years of management and operational experience to her role overseeing Compliance, Quality Control, National Underwriting, and Investor Relations. She began her career in the mortgage industry in 1984, and has held positions including Underwriter, Loan Officer, VP of Operations, EVP National Operations manager and most recently as Chief Operations Officer. She worked for several mortgage insurance companies including MGIC and United Guaranty as well as wholesale and retail lenders including Commonwealth Mortgage, Fieldstone Mortgage, Franklin American Mortgage (Citizens Bank), and Guaranty Home Mortgage Company.
St. Pierre is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts with a BA in Spanish. She is a member of the MBA, with numerous state affiliations and is MLO holding multiple state licenses. She is a member of EWA and currently serves on the boards of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee and at High Hopes Development Center in Franklin, TN.
